Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you still have the VoxTv app installed on your smartphone, you can delete your account immediately without waiting:
Step 1Open the VoxTv App on your Android device.
Step 2Tap on your Profile tab in the bottom bar.
Step 3Select Settings > Delete Account.
Step 4Confirm deletion. Your account is erased immediately.

Option 2: Submit Web Account Deletion Request
Use this form if you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device. Our team will verify and process your deletion within 30 days.
Data Handling & Retention Policies
✕Data Permanently Deleted
- Registered Phone Number: Unlinked and wiped from our authentication cluster.
- User Profile: Name, display avatar, dialect preferences, and notification settings.
- Watch & Playback Data: Complete viewing history, resume checkpoints, and watchlist items.
- Device Identifiers: Push notification tokens, Firebase installation IDs, and advertising tokens.
⏱Data Temporarily Retained (By Law)
- Financial Transaction Logs: Subscription invoice records (order ID, date, GST tax value) are retained strictly as required by Indian tax, GST, and statutory accounting audit regulations.
- Retention Duration: Retained for statutory compliance up to the legal minimum, securely archived with no access for commercial or marketing operations.
