A. Personal Information You Provide to Us
- Phone Number & OTP: Used as the primary login and authentication identifier to create and securely verify your VoxTv user profile via SMS one-time password (OTP).
- User Profile Data: Name, display avatar, preferred dialect/language, and optional email address provided during profile setup or customer service inquiries.
- Payment & Subscription Details: If you purchase a VIP subscription, our payment processor (such as Razorpay) collects and processes payment transaction information. VoxTv does not store your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on its servers.
- Customer Support Inquiries: Messages, email correspondence, or problem reports submitted to our support team.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage & Playback Data: Titles viewed, watch history, playback duration, resume timestamps, watchlist items, episode selections, and search queries.
- Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen resolution, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID), and preferred language.
- Network & Connection Data: IP address (used to infer broad geographic location for content licensing and CDN routing), mobile carrier or ISP, and network connection type (Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G).
- Advertising Identifier: Google Android Advertising ID (AAID) for non-intrusive ad attribution and frequency capping (for ad-supported users).
- Crash & Diagnostic Logs: Application crash stack traces, freeze events, and performance diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose software bugs and stability issues.
3.Android App Permissions Disclosed

- Personalize User Experience: Recommending web series, regional movies, and comedy shows based on dialect preferences and previous viewing patterns.
- Billing & Subscription Management: Managing VIP plan entitlements, processing renewals, and preventing unauthorized multi-account sharing.

- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, resolving video playback bugs, and assisting with subscription requests.

8.Data Retention & User Account Deletion Policy

How to Request Permanent Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your VoxTv account and all associated personal data (phone number, profile name, watch history, bookmarks, and device tokens) at any time through either of the following methods:
- In-App Deletion: Open the VoxTv App > Navigate to Profile / Settings > Tap on Delete Account> Confirm deletion.
- Online Web Portal: Submit an instant deletion request without logging in via our Account Deletion Request Portal.

Deletion Timeline: Upon receiving your request, your account and identifiable data will be purged from our active databases within 30 days. Certain financial transaction logs may be retained for longer only if strictly required by statutory tax or legal requirements.

VoxTv is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly target or collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by local law).
